I don't really care enough generally to write google reviews. But I made an exception because buying a home is a huge freaking deal. Marcus and Eric are a literal dream team. After playing the Zillow game for two years, my wife and I finally found "the one". We reached out to Eric and he asked about everything we were looking for and our range. He then setup the showing for the house we wanted as well as added other places that he thought would be good to see to compare. So what happens? This place that we had seen on Zillow about 30 times and never cared to see, we ended up loving and putting an offer in 2 days later! That's when Marcus stepped in. He handled the stressful agreement process as well as walked us through everything we would need to know as first time buyers. He fought for us at every step and went out of his way to ensure that we were completely satisfied with everything leading up to and including our closing. He handled all the coordination, and even followed up on some punch list items himself ensuring that things were functioning. This is the best real estate duo in Jersey City and beyond.

The only thing that would have made it go better was if we just did whatever Marcus and Eric told us. We put a lot of unnecessary stress on ourselves trying to do it our way. (And maybe on Marcus and Eric, too!). But you really can put your faith in their hands! They had our best interests at heart all the way. I worked with Marcus and Eric to sell my property at the Sugar House. I was based overseas throughout the transaction and they were absolutely incredible. They handled everything for me from afar. I worked to have the property fully renovated the month prior to selling, and they handled the entire renovation from start to finish. They went above and beyond every step of the way. Just prior to listing, they reached out to me, as they felt I should increase the sale price, (which I think is pretty rare in an agent, as many are simply after # turnover of transactions). They did a superb job marketing the property and within the day of listing - I had multiple offers and it went for full ask. They were completely trustworthy and professional throughout. They were outstanding and made the whole process extremely easy and stress free. I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

This was my first real estate sale so naturally I had a lot of questions about the process, even some odd ones. Nonetheless, they cheerfully provided guidance every step of the way. Their marketing and promotion were second to none, and I was under contract in a few weeks. The entire process - from prepping, to listing, to contract, to close, was very, very smooth thanks to them. I have worked with Marcus three times now - first to rent, second to explore purchasing and finally to actual purchase a new home. He is a fantastic partner in the home-buying process.
